Defense minister orders army to be on lookout for rebels

PHNOM PENH - National Defense Minister Tea Banh ordered the army Monday to cooperate in taking action against opposition leader Sam Rainsy for an attempted coup.
“What's happening now requires serious and sufficient actions to be taken at all destinations,” he said.
“Wherever incitement takes place in any form that harms security, actions must be immediately taken.”
Sam Rainsy has threatened to return to Cambodia on November 9.
