For the International Women’s Rights Day to Take Place Every Day

To celebrate on March 8, a well-known business—whose name will not be mentioned as this is not an advertising space—has asked its women executives and employees to explain in one or two sentences what the International Women's Day, Rights & Democracy celebrations mean to them.

Here are some of the responses sent, which are the more relevant that, knowing the women who wrote them, I know that they reflect realities which have been faced.

Pr. U. S., Pharmaceutical Expert: Being a mother does not mean you have to give up on your goals in life. You may succeed in your life by loving and caring for your children. You may accomplish your aspirations and ambitions while simultaneously being an amazing mother.

Ms. S. E., Regulatory Affairs and Institutional Channel Manager: Make yourself indispensable.

Ms. T. M., Export and Marketing Manager: Your greatest asset is your independence. Trust in your abilities, and never rely on anyone else to define your path. You have the power to create your future and achieve your dreams. Stand tall, believe in yourself and keep moving forwards.

Ms. S. S.-K., Market Research and Development: Success is not only what you accomplish but also what you inspire in others. Invest in yourself, cultivate what no one can take away from you: your spirit, your character, your education and your integrity. Then you will no longer follow the energy of the room: you will transform it.

Ms. S. V., Admin. and HR Deputy Manager: A woman may be whatever she wants, not only in the kitchen.

Ms. C. D., Finance Deputy Manager: Women going out to earn their own money is not selfish. Rather, it ensures their independence and dignity.

Ms. K. V. S. Purchasing Manager and Logistic Manager: Housework and cooking are life skills for everyone, regardless of gender. A family will be harmonious when members support one another since it demonstrates respect and understanding.

Ms. C. V., Sales Admin. Manager: Traditions should not be created as an excuse to set boundaries for women’s lives, they should be created to uplift women in social development.

Ms. U. S., Tax accounting and Performance Manager: Being yourself, upholding your moral principles, and leading a life that is genuinely yours are more important than continuously changing to fit in with other people’s expectations.

Ms. S. S., RA Deputy Manager: A woman’s value is not based on her age, and marriage does not determine a woman’s value.

Ms. K. C., R&D Deputy Manager: There are no limits to what women can achieve.

Ms. K. K., Brand Manager: When one woman speaks up, she inspires 1,000 more to find their voices.

Ms. S. V., QA Manager: Your intelligence is your power. Traditions and customs should not create barriers to silence your pursuit of knowledge.

Ms. L. S., Design Supervisor: A husband is a partner, not the master of your life. You are equal, not a servant. Know your worth and strengths, and don’t be quick to accept the limitations of others without thinking carefully.

Ms. V. K., Production Senior Executive: You were not born to serve everyone. You were born to lead, to dream, and to create what you desire.

Ms. C. R., QA Executive: Believe in yourself, you are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine. Motivate yourself; don’t listen to those people who only see your mistakes.

Ms. T. S., Accounting Supervisor: Never limit yourself. You can be a mom and pursue your dream simultaneously.

Ms. S. S., Warehouse Executive: You are not failing because of other people’s success.

Ms. N. C., Logistic Deputy Manager: Jealously will make your life worse, but celebration and unity will bring peace and prosperity.

These are to be reread throughout the year so that the values upheld by the International Women's Day last more than the day’s 24 hours.
