France to Host Kun Khmer Friendly

PHNOM PENH – Cambodian fighters have arrived in Paris for a Kun Khmer All-Stars international friendly match on June 24.
The athletes are Pich Sambath, Moeun Sokhuch, Elit Sun and Vy Samphors.
French fighters will compete against the Cambodians. In the 60-kilogram division, Pich Sambath is to compete against France’s Bahroumi Faycal.
Moeun Sokhuch will fight France’s Kasem Yanis in the 67-kilogram division, and Elit Sun will fight Moundo Hamza in the 60-kilogram division. Vy Samphors will face Barach Ghilas in the 67-kilogram division.
France’s Chatenet Alexandra will take on compatriot Ladjali Sarah in the 54-kilogram division.
A match between France’s Alexandre Hun Kun and fellow Frenchman Kotbi Hakim was canceled after Hun Kun was injured during training.
The match, managed by Sorn Elit, coach and president of the Kun Khmer Bodyguard Department Boxing Club, will start at 11pm Cambodian time on June 24.
