Golf Course Takes Lead in Wetland Conservation

SIEM REAP – A conservation wetland carved out in the middle of Angkor Resort Golf Club in Siem Reap is giving a habitat for protected species.

It’s home to turtles, snakes, fish and migratory birds. The club was built out of a former paddy field and the habitat was established at the same time. Resort general manager David Baron speaks to Alan Kirk about the club’s conservation efforts.
