Khmer Enterprise Launched "NextGen Enterprise" - A Transformative Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program

Phnom Penh, Cambodia - May 24, 2024 - Khmer Enterprise, created by the Royal Government to foster the development of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cambodia, today announced the launch of "NextGen Enterprise" - a groundbreaking entrepreneurship and business development program.
"NextGen Enterprise" aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs, MSMEs, and business professionals with the critical skills, knowledge, and support needed to build thriving, and sustainable enterprises. Spanning key areas such as entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialization, and scaling, the program will equip participants with a robust toolkit to navigate the challenges of the modern business landscape.
The program's curriculum is designed to address the multifaceted needs of entrepreneurs and business professionals. Key components of NextGen Enterprise include (1) skills gap assessments to identify participants' strengths and areas for development, (2) training modules covering entrepreneurial leadership, business management, innovation, commercialization, and scaling, (3) personalized coaching sessions to provide tailored guidance and support as well as to foster collaboration and peer-to-peer learning, and (4) masterclass to facilitate knowledge sharing and expand professional connections

Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of Khmer Enterprise. "Through our collaboration with Grow4Growth on the NextGen Enterprise program, Khmer Enterprise is pleased to provide a transformative learning experience that will support the growth of MSMEs and business professionals to the next level."
This program is implemented by Grow4Growth Consultant Co., which is a renowned business advisory and capacity-building development firm.
