Wing Bank Eliminates Cash-Out Fees, Forgoes Millions to Advance Financial Inclusion

Phnom Penh: On April 7, 2025, LYNK & CO Automotive (Cambodia) held an official signing ceremony to distribute LYNK & CO vehicles into the Cambodian market.
The ceremony at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel was a significant event, presided over by His Excellency Peou Maly, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, representing His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and Lok Neak Oknha Ly Hour, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ly Hour Group.
The event was attended by many national and international distinguished guests.
During the event, Neak Oknha Ly Sopheark, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LYNK & CO Automotive (Cambodia), said the arrival of LYNK & CO vehicles will contribute to the vision of the Royal Government of Cambodia in promoting green transportation and sustainability.
Neak Oknha remarked, "Today is a significant moment, not only for our company but also for the journey toward a clean environment and a sustainable future for Cambodia."
His Excellency Peou Maly, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, said the event demonstrates the commitment of the Royal Government of Cambodia, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, to advancing the transportation sector and the national economy.
"The importation of Lynk & Co vehicles not only provides convenience and safety to the public but also helps reduce environmental impact through modern technology with low emissions."
Mr. Bruce Lee, Managing Director of Southeast Asia for LYNK & CO Automobile Sales International, said Cambodia was chosen due to its strong economic potential and young population eager to embrace modern technology.
"Cambodia has achieved economic growth of over 6.8% for five consecutive years, with 65% of its population under the age of 30, making it a driving force for us," he said.
The LYNK & CO vehicles introduced at this event include the LYNK & CO 06 EM-P, a capable of traveling 1150 kilometers, and the LYNK & CO 08 EM-P, which offers a total driving range of 1,200 kilometers.
These models are designed to meet the needs of the Cambodian people, focusing on modern and cutting-edge technology, safety, and affordability.
Additionally, the company offers an industry-leading warranty for electric vehicles, with all models covered by a 5-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty, and an 8-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty for key electrical components, ensuring customer confidence.
LYNK & CO Automotive (Cambodia) has committed to collaborating with local partners to establish charging stations nationwide, aiming to promote the use of electric vehicles and create new job opportunities such as installation, maintenance, and repair services.
The first LYNK & CO vehicle showroom will open in Phnom Penh in May, with plans to expand to Siem Reap and Preah Sihanouk provinces within two years.
The event concluded with the official signing of the agreement between Neak Oknha Ly Sopheark, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LYNK & CO Automotive (Cambodia), and Mr. Bruce Lee, Managing Director of Southeast Asia for LYNK & CO Automobile Sales International, presided over by His Excellency Pov Maly, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, representing His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and Transport, and Lok Neak Oknha Ly Hour, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ly Hour Group, as honorary witnesses.
