PHNOM PENH -- At least 10 people have died and 30 were injured in a fire at Grand Diamond City Hotel in Poipet, early reports say.



The fire broke out at about midnight on December 29 and was still raging by mid-morning.



City Governor Keat Hol said he did not yet have official reports of casualties and damage.



Banteay Meanchey Provincial Police Commissioner Major General Sithi Loh said that primary information indicated that at least 10 people die and 30 were injured.
