Japanese company says Mario Kart series ‘ready to take the world by storm’ as singer Pauline makes debut
PHNOM PENH - Japanese game giant Nintendo Co Ltd says it is launching its Mario Kart Tour game series on Android phones from Wednesday.
The Kyoto-based company said racing courses would rotate every two weeks with variations incorporating the "local flavor" of featured world cities.
"The Mario Kart series known and loved by many is ready to take the world by storm,” a statement said.
To mark the launch, singer Pauline from the Super Mario Odyssey series is making her Mario Kart Tour debut on Wednesday, the Japanese company tweeted Tuesday.
