Race aims to promote tourism and develop human resources ahead of Southeast Asian Games in 2023
PHNOM PENH - A world cycling team has arrived at the top of Bokor Mountain after cycling 173 kilometers from Khemarak Phoumin, the Ministry of Tourism says.
The ministry said some 75 cyclists remained Saturday from 200 in the first leg of the race in Koh Kong Province from Botum Sakor district to Khemarak Phoumin.
The final leg is from Bokor Mountain to Kep.
The cycling event in four coastal provinces aims to promote tourism and develop human resources ahead of the Southeast Asian Games that Cambodia will host in 2023.
