PHNOM PENH--"Reading is the foundation of life," Aide et Action Country Director Vorn Samphors says.
To celebrate the 9th National Reading Day on March 11, Aide et Action distributed 4,000 books for free for return of donations from the visitors at the Book Fair held at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia in Phnom Penh from March 9-11.
Mr. Vorn Samphors talks about the importance of reading and the achievements of the organization in promoting reading habits.
