Ticket Sales in Angkor Park Exceed $11 million in the First Two Months of 2024

Siem Reap — During the first two months of 2024, Angkor Enterprise generated more than $11 million in ticket sales for the Angkor Archeological Park, according to a press release issued on March 1.



This represented an increase of more than 50 percent compared to the same period in 2023, the press release read.



In the first two months of the year, 235,850 tickets were sold for a total of $11,234,675, according to the press release.



In January, 115, 532 visitors bought tickets totaling $5,498,054 to tour the UNESCO World Heritage site, while in February, 120,318 visitors purchased tickets amounting to $5,736,621, the press release read.



Angkor Enterprise also mentioned in the press release that ticket sales at the Chong Kneas Ferry Port on the Tonle Sap Lake totaled more than $200,000 during the first two months of 2024.
